The D component of the speed controller is too high:
Modify MD 5431: SPEEDCTRL_DIFF_TIME_A (gain on A-side of cylinder edge) or MD 5432: SPEEDCTRL_DIFF_TIME (gain for piston adjustment with lowest natural frequency)
or MD 5433: SPEEDCTRL_DIFF_TIME_B (gain on B-side of cylinder edge)
- NC not ready.
- The NC switches to follow-up mode.
- Channel not ready.
- NC Start disable in this channel.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
- NC Stop on alarm.
- Channel not ready.
Enter a smaller value for the D component of the speed controller:
Modify MD 5431: SPEEDCTRL_DIFF_TIME_A (gain on A-side of cylinder edge) or MD 5432: SPEEDCTRL_DIFF_TIME (gain for piston adjustment with lowest natural frequency)
or MD 5433: SPEEDCTRL_DIFF_TIME_B (gain on B-side of cylinder edge)
Clear alarm with the RESET key in all channels. Restart part program.
