In the speed controller cycle drive MD 5001: SPEEDCTRL_CYCLE_TIME an impermissible value has been entered.
- NC not ready.
- The NC switches to follow-up mode.
- Channel not ready.
- NC Start disable in this channel.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
- NC Stop on alarm.
Permissible: 62.5ps <= T <= 500ps Switch control OFF - ON.
