System error in drive link. Error codes %1, %2

An internal software error or serious error condition has occurred which may be recoverable by hardware reset. Troubleshooting can generally be performed only by Siemens AG, System Support for A&D MC Products, Hotline (tel.: see alarm 1000).
In the error code combination (324,26), the calculation time allocation for the drive communication subtask should be increased via the MD 10140 $MN_TIME_LIMIT_NETTO_DRIVE_TASK (possible up to 500 ms).
If the above-mentioned limit is exhausted and the alarm continues to occur, the MD 10150 $MN_PREP_DRIVE_TASK_CYCLE_RATIO=1 can be set additionally. Please note that by reducing MD 10150, the time share of the preparation in the non-cyclic time plane is reduced. This may lead to longer block cycle times.
