The structure of the FIFO variable $AC FIFO - $AC FIFO10 determined by the machine data $MC_NUM_AC_FIFO, $MC_START_AC_FIFO, $MC_LEN_AC_FIFO and $MC MODE AC FIFO cannot be stored in the R parameter field defined in $MC_MM_NUM_R_PARAM.

Reactions:

- NC Start disable in this channel.

Remedy:

-    Interface signals are set.

-    Alarm display.

Please inform the authorized personnel/service department. Increase the number of the R parameters or reduce the FIFO elements.
