%2 = Block number, label

Definitions:

A CHANDATA instruction is used to enter data for an illegal channel, e. g. <1,> maximum number of channels, not the active channel.

Reactions:

-    NC Start disable in this channel.

-    Interface signals are set.

-    Alarm display.
