Channel %1 block %2 resources for motion synchronous actions not sufficient (code: %3)
%1 = Channel number %2 = Block number, label %3 = Identifier
To process motion synchronous actions resources are required. They are configured via the machine data $MC_MM_IPO_BUFFER_SIZE, $MC_MM_NUM_BLOCKS_IN_PREP and $MC_MM_NUM_SYNC_ELEMENTS. If these resources are insufficient for executing the part program, then this alarm is issued. The parameter %3 shows which resource has run out:
Increase identifier <= 2: $MC_MM_IPO_BUFFER_SIZE or $MC_MM_NUM_BLOCKS_IN_PREP.
Increase identifier > 2: $MC_MM_NUM_SYNC_ELEMENTS.
- Correction block is reorganized.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
Correct part program or increase resources.
Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
