Channel %1 block %2 plane determination for programmed orientation not possible

Parameters:

%1 = Channel number

%2 = Block number, label

Definitions:

The programmed orientation vectors (direction vectors) in the beginning of block and end of block point include an angle of 180 degrees. Therefore the interpolation plane cannot be determined.

Example:

N55 A3=0 B3=0 C3=1

Reactions:

N60 A3=0 B3=0 C3=-1 ; the vector of this block is precisely opposite to that in the preceding block.

-    Correction block is reorganized.

-    Interface signals are set.

-    Alarm display.

Remedy:

Modify the part program so that the orientation vectors of a block are not directly opposed to each other, for instance by dividing the block up into 2 subblocks.

Program Continuation:

Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
