To home axes with absolute encoder, follow these steps:

-Set the axis data parameter 34210 to 1.

-enter the desired value of the axis position in the parameter 34100

-select the mode of homing

-choose the axis that we want to homing-press the directional button +

The axis will be homed, and parameter 34210 will automatically be overwritten with a value of 2 (which means that the axis has been adjusted), and the reference position of the axis from parameter 34100 will be overridden. For example, if you want to set a reference position of 200 for the axis in parameter 34100, you should enter a value of 200.
